About me
About me
About me
My name is Leo.
Self-taught, I have built myself through a life journey rich in personal experiences
and inner exploration.
At 17, faced with personal difficulties, I began therapeutic work with a psychologist, marking the beginning of my inner journey.
At 19, I discovered Amazonian medicinal plants, an experience that would profoundly mark my identity and help me reconnect with myself.
I traveled several times to Peru until I was 26 to explore these practices and deepen this work on myself.
After my experience in Peru, I decided to approach my inner journey differently and undertook therapeutic work focused on feeling and integrating emotions.
This journey helps me bring to light unconscious aspects of my story and naturally opens me to the Diamond Approach, which I have been practicing for eight years now.
This path connects contemporary psychology and living spirituality and is based on meditation, teaching, and inquiry, a direct exploration of experience in the present moment.
It nourishes my support work and guides my way of being with the people
I accompany. Gradually, this practice has allowed me to clarify my identity as a supporter. I value above all a human and personal presence, and it is by being fully myself that I now find meaning and pleasure in accompanying others.
I have specialized in the work of reconnection and self-integration.
I support individuals limited by repetitive psychological patterns, helping them to have a clear view of their experiences, without judgment. This process fosters the acceptance of the different parts of oneself, the release of unconscious mechanisms, and a natural transformation of the relationship to oneself and the world.
My approach is part of a dynamic of reunification, individuation, and empowerment.
It does not invite one to construct a new self-image but to drop the masks to reveal an authentic and conscious presence.
