My support

I accompany individuals who wish to reconnect with themselves and develop a more conscious, gentle, and supportive relationship with their inner world.

My work is not aimed at changing you, correcting you, or improving you, but at helping you meet yourself as you are, without judgment.

We all carry a personal history that deeply influences the way we think, feel, and act. Past experiences, particularly those lived in childhood, shape beliefs about ourselves and give rise to patterns that we continue to replay in the present.

Often, we live today from old conditioning without being aware of it.

The support I offer consists of a work of reconnection and integration.

It is about helping you reconnect with your inner experience, with your feelings,

your emotions, and your body, in order to bring awareness to the parts of you that were formed in response to your history.

For example, if you have developed a sense of lacking love, it is possible that you have developed a tendency to adapt to others, to forget yourself, or to seek external recognition. Some of your actions may then be guided by the need to be loved or validated. Your personality becomes an unconscious strategy to compensate for a past wound.

Through a work of integration, these patterns are recognized and welcomed without judgment. Little by little, you come to understand that you are still trying to resolve an old story in the present. This awareness allows you to release the identification with these mechanisms and open a freer space within.

The body occupies a central place in this process. By reconnecting with your bodily sensations, you develop a finer presence to what you are experiencing here and now.

The body, always anchored in the present, becomes a gateway to the unconscious
and an essential support for the integration of your story.

This work of reconnection and integration allows you to gradually move out of a relationship of rejection or struggle with yourself. The inner relationship becomes calmer and more supportive.

The goal is not to become someone else, but to allow yourself to be fully yourself, free from the conditioning of the past.

It is in this deep acceptance of who you are that real, lasting, and embodied change can emerge.

My support

  • Sessions with Léo greatly help me to discern my fears, beliefs, and judgments of the person I currently am, in the moment when I talk with him.

I learn to see myself as I am, without seeking a result, simply to look at myself and observe what is happening within me. This does me a lot of good, and I am always surprised, at the end of each session, to see what I have understood thanks to the dialogue with Léo.

A big thank you, and I can only recommend him.

    Yann

  • Léo is an exceptionally caring therapist. He uses simple methods that allow for an easy connection to oneself.

I feel completely confident with Léo, and after two and a half years of working with him, my relationship with myself and the world has become much simpler and more loving.

I continue because I gain in quality of presence and my inner life softens.

    Thank you, Léo.

    Isabelle

  • It's been a year since Léo has been accompanying me, and his philosophy quickly captivated me. His attentive approach, pragmatism, and kindness have made him a great choice for someone undergoing their first therapy. Thanks to our sessions, we have developed tangible tools together that help me daily, as well as a better awareness of my emotions and feelings. Léo does not impose a priori style; he listens and invites a deeper engagement with our sensory experiences. I recommend him without reservation!

    Christophe

  • This therapy allows me to understand how my emotions express themselves in my body in order to better recognize, acknowledge, and even welcome them.

Each session helps me identify and transform my limiting beliefs induced by wounds that I thought were healed.

Finally, I allow myself to exist!
